215. פגיעה בחייל
תיקון: 1724
(א)לענין סעיף זה –
”חייל“ – לרבות מי שהוענקו לו סמכויות של חייל בהתאם לתחיקת הבטחון.
(ב)התוקף חייל או משתמש כלפיו באלימות – דינו מאסר שבע שנים.
(ג)המאיים על חייל, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
(ד)המעליב חייל או העושה מעשה אחר הפוגע בכבודו או במעמדו כחייל, דינו – מאסר שנה.
