221. נזק לרכוש ביטחוני
(א)לענין סעיף זה –
”רכוש בטחוני“ – רכוש הנמצא בבעלותו או בשימושו של כל אחד מאלה שפורטו בסעיף 2 לצו בדבר בתי־משפט מקומיים (מעמד רשויות צה״ל) (יהודה והשומרון) (מס׳ 164), התשכ״ח–1967.
(ב)הגורם ברשלנות נזק לרכוש בטחוני – ייאשם בעבירה על צו זה.
