25. עיכוב לשם ביצוע צו מעצר
(א)היה לחייל יסוד סביר לחשוד כי ניתן נגד אדם צו מעצר או צו מאסר, רשאי הוא לעכבו עד לקבלת עותק הצו, לצורך ביצוע המעצר או המאסר על פיו.
(ב)לא ניתן לקבל עותק הצו במקום, רשאי חייל לדרוש מאותו אדם להילוות עמו למקום בו מצוי בעל סמכות חקירה כדין, לשם קבלת הצו ולשם ביצוע המעצר או המאסר על פיו.
