263. חקירת מוות
מת אדם באזור, ויש יסוד לחשש שסיבת מותו אינה טבעית או שמותו נגרם בעבירה, וכן מת אדם באזור בהיותו נתון במעצר או במאסר, רשאי קצין משטרה או קצין משטרה צבאית להורות על העברת גוויתו לישראל לשם חקירת סיבת המוות.
