331א. איסור שימוש בבנין או חלקו שהוחרמו
תיקון: 2171
(א)לא ייעשה שימוש בבנין, או שטח קרקע שעליו ניצב בנין שהוחרם ונהרס או בנין שפתחיו נאטמו בהתאם לצו שניתן בידי מפקד צבאי מכוח סמכותו לפי תקנה 119 לתקנות ההגנה (שעת חירום), 1945, אלא באישור של מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור; לעניין סעיף זה, שימוש – לרבות שהיה.
(ב)העושה שימוש כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), דינו – מאסר שנתיים.
