73. העברת תיק חקירה
הועבר תיק חקירה בקשר לעבירה על הדין בידי המשטרה לידי תובע צבאי או דרש תובע צבאי, בכתב, העברת תיק חקירה כאמור לידיו הרי מעת ההעברה או מעת קבלת הדרישה, לפי המקרה, יחולו לגבי התיק רק הליכים שנקבעו בתחיקת הבטחון.
