73א. עיכוב הליכים
תיקון: 2304
בכל עת שלאחר הגשת כתב אישום ולפני הכרעת הדין, רשאי מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור או הפרקליט הצבאי הראשי או פרקליט אזור יהודה ושומרון, בהודעה מנומקת בכתב לבית המשפט, לעכב הליכי משפט; הוגשה הודעה כאמור יפסיק בית המשפט את ההליכים באותו משפט.
