82. חילופי סנגורים
ביקש הנאשם להחליף סנגור, לא יסרב בית המשפט הצבאי לתת לסנגור הקודם רשות להפסיק לייצג את הנאשם, אלא אם נראה שחילוף הסנגורים מצריך דחייה בלתי סבירה של המשפט.
