81. סייג למינוי סנגור
בית משפט צבאי, שהרשה לסנגור להפסיק לייצג את הנאשם מחמת שזה לא שיתף פעולה עמו, רשאי על אף האמור בסעיף 77 שלא למנות לנאשם סנגור אחר, אם נראה לו שאין בכך להועיל.
