94. דלתיים סגורות שלא בבית משפט
הוראות סעיפים 89(ד), 89(ה), 90 עד 93, 97 ו־98 יחולו גם על כל דיון המתקיים בדלתיים סגורות בהתאם לתחיקת הבטחון, אף שלא לפני בית משפט צבאי, והסמכויות הנתונות לבית משפט צבאי לפי סעיפים אלו, יהיו נתונות לגורם בפניו מתקיים הדיון בדלתיים סגורות.
