98. הרחקת אדם שנוכחותו מרתיעה עד
בית המשפט הצבאי רשאי להרחיק אדם, שאינו בעל דין, מאולם בית המשפט בעת הדיון אם מצא, מטעמים שירשמו, שנוכחות אותו אדם באולם תרתיע עד מלהעיד עדות חופשית או מלהעיד בכלל.
