6. יש למסור הודעה על פרעון המלוה
מיד לאחר שנפרע מלוה שניתנה על יסוד שעבוד עפ״י פקודה זו, תרשום זאת החברה מיד בהעתקת שטר השעבוד השמורה במשרד החברה ובמשך עשרים ואחד יום מתאריך הפרעון תודיע על כך לפקיד המחוז, ועם קבלת ההודעה ירשום פקיד המחוז מיד את דבר הפרעון בספר של שעבודי היבול.
