7. עונשו של העוסק בנכסים משועבדים
תיקון: תש״ח־2
(1)כל המעביר לאחרים נכסים הכלולים בשעבוד שנרשם עפ״י פקודה זו או המנסה לעשות זאת, או העוסק בהם או המנסה לעסוק בהם ולא קבל תחלה רשות בכתב לכך מאת החברה, יהא צפוי בצאתו חייב בדין לקנס שלא יעלה על חמשים לירות.
(2)שום דבר האמור בסעיף זה לא יהא בו כדי למנוע את החברה מלהזדקק לכל תרופה משפטית אחרת הנתונה לפי כל פקודה או חוק אחרים הנוהגים באותה שעה.
