תיקון: תשמ״ה
נכסים שסעיפים 21 או 22 לחוק חלים עליהם, וכן נכסים שערב תחילת החוק היו מוקנים או נוהלו בידי האפוטרופוס הכללי לפי כל חוק אחר, יראו את תחילת ניהולם, לענין מועד הגביה האמור בתקנה 1(א)(1), כיום תחילת החוק.
