7. פרטים נוספים שחייבים למסרם עפ״י דרישה
תיקון: תש״ם
לפני שמעכבים דבר הנראה כהעתקה של חבור שחלה עליה חובת מסירת מודעה, או דבר שטוענים עליו כי הוא העתקה מחבור כזה ובטרם יאחזו בצעדים נוספים להחרמתו של דבר זה עפ״י חוק המכס, הרי מי שחתם על המודעה אם בתורת בעלים ואם בתורת סוכן חייב, אם נדרש בכך, למסור בכתב למנהל את הידיעות וההוכחות הנוספות שיראה צורך בהן כדי להוכיח לו שהדבר הנידון צפוי לעיכוב ולהחרמה: ואם יידרש בכך עליו לקיים באזהרה [במקור: בשבועה] את הידיעות וההוכחות הללו.
