8. השלשת סכום לכיסוי הוצאות הבדיקה
תיקון: תש״ט
כשמעכבין דבר בעקב מודעה בטופס ג׳ שניתנה למנהל מחלקת המכס, צריך האדם שחתם את המודעה, בתור בעלים או בתור סוכן, אם נדרש בכך, להשליש אצל מנהל המכס המקומי במקום או בנמל העכוב סכום כסף המספיק, לדעת הפקיד הנ״ל, לכסות כל הוצאות שהוצאו בבדיקת הסחורות המעוכבות הנדרשת לרגל מודעתו, ואם לאחר בדיקת הסחורה נתברר למנהל הנ״ל שאין סבה לעכובם – משחררין אותה.
