3. העברת אסירות צעירות לבתי ספר לתקון עברינים צעירים
תיקון: 1938, תש״ח
המפקחת על השרות הסוציאלי של הממשלה, בהסכמת המפקח על בית־הסוהר הנוגע בדבר, רשאית להעביר כל אסירה שלא מלאו לה שמונה עשרה שנה למוסד האגודה הישראלית לעניני שרות סוציאלי או לכל מוסד אחר שיקבע לצורך בית ספר לתקון עברינים צעירים, ויכולה היא לעצור אותה אסירה באותו בית ספר או מוסד אחר עד שתמלאנה לה עשרים שנה או עד שתתם תקופת מאסרה.
