4. העברת אסירה לצורך לידה
תיקון: 1938, תש״ח
המפקחת על השרות הסוציאלי של הממשלה, בהסכמת המפקח על בית הסוהר הנוגע בדבר, רשאית להעביר כל אסירה הרה ללדת מאיזה בית סוהר שהוא למכון האגודה הישראלית לעניני שרות סוציאלי, ויכולה היא לעצור את האסירה שם עד שיתברר לה שהאסירה ילדה וחזרה לאיתנה.
