פקודה זו תקרא ”פקודת הבטריקיה האורתודוכסית, 1941“, והיא תקבל תוקף ביום שייקבע לכך ע״י הנציב העליון במודעה שתפרסם ברשומות [במקור: בעתון הרשמי].
פורסמה מודעה על מתן תוקף (ע״ר 1941, עמ׳ 945), לפיה פקודת הבטריקיה האורתודוכסית מס׳ 32 לש׳ 1941 שנתפרסמה כהצעת פקודה בעתון הרשמי גליון 800 מיום 21 ביולי, 1938 (עמודים 708–965), קבלה תוקף בצורה המתפרסמת בתוספת מס׳ 1 שהיא חלק מעתון רשמי גליון 1142, ונחתמה ע״י הנציב העליון ביום 10 בנובמבר, 1941.
