47. התראות כאדם אחר
תיקון: תש״ח־3
כל המבקש להצביע בבחירות שנתקיימו עפ״י פקודה זו בשמו של אדם אחר, בין שהוא חי או מת ובין שהוא מדומה, ואשר לאחר שהצביע בשמו הוא בבחירות, מבקש שוב להצביע בשמו הוא באותן בחירות, יאשם בעברת התראות כאדם אחר וכל האשם בכך או האשם כמסייע, או מיעץ או מתוך בדבר עברה זה, יהא צפוי בצאתו חייב בדין לקנס לא יותר מעשרים לירות או לעונש מאסר לא יותר משלושה חדשים, או גם לאותו קנס וגם לאותו מאסר.
