36. קביעת הפרש הגימלאות
קביעת הפרש הגימלאות לענין תקנה 35 תיעשה תוך היוון (קפיטליזציה) של קצבאות בהתאם לתקנות שהותקנו לפי סעיף 70 לחוק ולפי שער החליפין הרשמי להעברת כספים על ידי מי שאינו תושב ישראל לתושב ישראל.
