46. מחלה בחזקת מחלת מקצוע
מחלה מהמחלות המפורטות בטור 1 לתוספת השניה שחלה בה מבוטח שלגביו נקבעה אותה מחלה כמחלת מקצוע, בהיותו מועבד בעבודה, במקצוע או בתהליך ייצור כמפורט לצדה בטור 2 או בתוך שנה לאחר שחדל להיות מועבד כאמור, היא בחזקת מחלה שבה חלה המבוטח עקב עבודתו, כל עוד לא הוכח ההיפך.
