3. הוראות כלליות לעסקאות רכישה
(א)מנהל המערכת יתקשר עם יצרן בעסקאות לרכישת זמינות, אנרגיה ושירותים נלווים בהתאם להוראות כללים אלה וכללי אמות המידה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף זה, רשאית הרשות לתת הוראות שונות מהוראות כללים אלה לצורך ביצוע עסקת זמינות, עסקת אנרגיה או עסקת שירותים נלווים, מסוימת עם יצרן באנרגיה מתחדשת.
