5. שליחת הודעות ומסמכים
פרוטוקול הכינוס כאמור בתקנה 3, מסמך עיקרי הצעה כאמור בתקנה 4 והודעה על חתימת עסקת פינוי ובינוי ראשונה כאמור בסעיף 1ב(ג) לחוק יישלחו לבעלי הדירות באחת או שתיים מהדרכים המפורטות להלן, שבה בחר בעל הדירה לקבל הודעות מהיזם, ולפי פרטי ההתקשרות שמסר ליזם לצורך קבלת הודעות מסוג זה:
(1)דואר;
(2)דואר אלקטרוני;
(3)מסרון;
(4)אמצעי תקשורת אחר.
