1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”השירות“ – שירות הביטחון הכללי;
”כתב העסקה“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות שירות הביטחון הכללי (העסקה לפי כתב העסקה), התשס״ח–2008;
”נציב השירות“ – נציב שירות המדינה כמשמעותו בסעיף 6 לחוק שירות המדינה (מינויים), התשי״ט–1959 (להלן – חוק המינויים), או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך לעניין תקנות אלה;
”ראש השירות“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 3 לחוק או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך לעניין תקנות אלה.
