2. העסקה בחוזה מיוחד
תיקון: תשפ״ו
ראש השירות רשאי, באישור נציב השירות, להורות כי בתפקיד שיחליט לפי מאפייניו המיוחדים של השירות או של התפקיד, יועסק עובד בחוזה מיוחד, ובכלל זה בתפקיד שנציב שירות המדינה קבע כי הוא נכלל בצו שירות המדינה (גמלאות) (מקצועות בשירות הביטחון הכללי שאינם מזכים בקצבת גישור), התשפ״ו–2026.
