4. ריבית
(א)איגרות החוב ישאו ריבית של 6% לשנה מיום רכישתן.
(ב)הריבית על איגרות החוב לא תהא חייבת בשום מס המוטל על הכנסה חוץ מן המס שיש לנכותו מאותה ריבית לפי סעיף 161 לפקודת מס הכנסה, ושלא יעלה על 25%.
