10. הגבלת תקופת מעצר
תיקון: תשכ״ו
תקופת המעצר – על פי הוראות סימן א׳ לפרק הראשון של חלק ה׳ לחוק – של שבוי לפני בירור דינו תהיה קצרה ככל האפשר ולא תעלה –
(1)לגבי בירור דינו בבית דין צבאי – על שלושה חדשים;
(2)לגבי בירור דינו בדין משמעתי – על ארבעה עשר יום.
