21. מסירת העתק כתב־אישום לשבוי
(א)העתק כתב האישום יימסר בעוד מועד לפני התחלת הדיון לשבוי ולסניגורו בשפה שכל אחד מהם שומע אותה.
(ב)הביעו שבוי או סניגורו רצון לעיין בחומר הבדיקה או החקירה המוקדמת על פי הוראות סעיף 307 לחוק, יתורגם חומר זה לשפה שכל אחד מהם שומע אותה.
(ג)ראו שבוי או סניגורו צורך בכך, יוכלו להיעזר בהכנת הגנתו של השבוי בשירותו של מתורגמן.
