11. החלטה הועדה ורישומה
(א)דיוני הועדה יירשמו בפרוטוקול אשר ייחתם בידי חברי הועדה.
(ב)החלטת הועדה הקובעת דרגת נכות תהיה בכתב ויצורפו אליה הממצאים והנימוקים.
(ג)החלטת הועדה תימסר לגורם המזמן.
