13. דרגת נכות
(א)דרגת נכות של הפונה תיקבע בהתאם לאחוז הנקוב לצד כל אחד מהליקויים ובהתחשב באמור במבחנים שבחלק ג׳ של התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)הועדה תקבע את דרגת נכותו של הפונה על פי הליקויים אשר ארעו או הוחמרו בזמן שירותו של הפונה בצבא הגנה לישראל.
