29. ערר על החלטות המרכז
תיקון: תשט״ו
(א)הרואה את עצמו מקופח על ידי החלטת מרכז ההשקעות לפי סעיף 28(3) או סעיף 35א(א), רשאי תוך 60 יום מיום שנמסרה לו הודעה על ההחלטה, לעורר [צ״ל: לערור] עליה לפני השרים הממונים על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)הערר יוגש באמצעות המועצה המייעצת הנזכרת בסעיף 30 והיא תדון בו ותעבירו בצירוף חוות דעתה אל השרים האמורים.
