38. הודעות כוזבות
תיקון: תשט״ו
נוכח מרכז ההשקעות שאישורו של מפעל כמפעל מאושר או אישורה של השקעה כהשקעה מאושרת או אישורו של בנין כבנין מאושר ניתנו על יסוד הודעות כוזבות או הודעות מטעות ביודעין, רשאי מרכז ההשקעות לבטל את האישור. החלטה כזאת של מרכז ההשקעות נתונה לערעור בדרך האמורה בסעיף 29.
