22. קביעת מדדים ושער יציג בסיסי לסכומים ששולמו באיחור
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע, בצו, מדד יסודי, מדד חדש ושער יציג בסיסי לגבי סכומי מילווה שלא שולמו במועד אך שולמו לפני היום הקובע, ורשאי הוא לקבוע מדדים ושערים כאמור לפי המועדים שבהם שולמו הסכומים האמורים.
