24. קנס פיגורים והפרשי הצמדה
סכומי מילווה שלא שולמו במועד יראו אותם כמס לענין חוק המסים (קנס פיגורים), התשמ״א–1981, וכן תחול לגביהם חובת תשלום הפרשי הצמדה כמשמעותם בסעיף 159א(א) לפקודה בעד התקופה המתחילה בתום שבועיים ממועד התשלום.
