33. היטל נסיעה לחו״ל
מי שנוסע לחוץ לארץ וחייב באגרת נוסע על פי תקנות רשות שדות התעופה (אגרות), התשמ״א–1981, או על פי תקנות הנמלים, התשל״א–1971, ישלם בעת יציאתו מהארץ היטל בשיעור של 600 שקלים; ההיטל ישולם לאוצר המדינה באמצעות הרשות המוסמכת לגבות את אגרת הנוסע, או באמצעות תאגיד בנקאי.
