7. אי התרת ההיטל בניכוי
(א)על אף האמור בכל דין לא יותר ההיטל על פי פרק זה בניכוי לענין חישוב ההכנסה החייבת במס הכנסה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א) רשאי אדם שההכנסה ממכירת ניירות ערך היא בידיו הכנסה לפי סעיף 2(1) לפקודה לנכות את ההיטל בשל המכירות האמורות.
