16. הרכב ועדת תביעות
ועדת תביעות תהיה של חמישה:
(1)שופט או שופט שיצא לגימלאות או פרש, שמינה נשיא בית המשפט העליון, והוא יהיה היושב ראש;
(2)פקיד הסדר לפי פקודת הסדר זכויות במקרקעין [נוסח חדש], תשכ״ט–1969, שמינה שר המשפטים;
(3)נציג מינהל מקרקעי ישראל שמינה שר החקלאות;
(4)אדם שמינהו ראש הממשלה;
(5)תושב השטחים שקמו לקנין המדינה לפי חוק זה, שמינה שר המשפטים, או איש ציבור ששר המשפטים מינה מתוך רשימה שאישרה ועדת החוץ והבטחון של הכנסת.
