19. חוות דעת
ועדת התביעות רשאית בכל שלב של הדיונים, ואף אחרי שנסתיימה פרשת הראיות והסיכומים, לקבל חוות דעת בכל ענין העומד לדיון ממי שתמצא לנכון בנסיבות הענין.
