20. קרקעות בידי מלווה
נמסרה ההחזקה בקרקע שעליה נתבעים פיצויים או הטבה אחרת כבטחון להלוואה, יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)דין החזקה ועיבוד בידי המלווה כדין החזקה ועיבוד בידי מי שמסר את ההחזקה לידי המלווה כאמור;
(2)הפיצויים וההטבות האחרות שיינתנו על ההחזקה והעיבוד לא יעלו בסך הכל על מה שהיה מגיע אילו הוחזקה ועובדה הקרקע בידי אדם אחד בלבד, וועדת התביעות תחלק אותם בין המלווה לבין הלווה או בין חליפיהם כפי שנראה לה צודק בנסיבות הענין.
