21. הפסקת ההליכים בועדת התביעות
לא הכריעה ועדת התביעות בתביעה כעבור ששה חדשים מיום שהוגשה, רשאי התובע להודיע בכתב לועדת התביעות על הפסקת ההליכים לפניה ויראו כאילו החליטה הועדה ביום מתן ההודעה לדחות את התביעה.
