28. הוראות מעבר
(א)נערך לפני תחילתו של חוק זה הסכם בכתב בין המדינה לבין מי שזכאי לפיצויים או להטבות אחרות בדבר מסירת ההחזקה במקרקעין שקמו לקנין המדינה לפי חוק זה ובדבר פינוים, יחולו תנאי ההסכם על אף האמור בסעיפים האחרים של חוק זה.
(ב)תם המועד למסירת ההחזקה במקרקעין כפי שנקבע בהסכם או על פיו, יהיו בידי המדינה לגבי מקרקעין אלה הסמכויות שבסעיף 6.
