7. בקשה להחזר הוצאות שיקום
(א)בקשה לאישור החזר הוצאות שיקום תוגש להנהלת הקרן על ידי בעל המחצבה לפני שיתחיל בשיקומה.
(ב)בקשה לאישור החזר הוצאות שיקום תכלול –
(1)הודעת השיקום;
(2)תכנית שיקום מאושרת;
(3)הצעה תקציבית לשיקום.
