8. אישור החזר הוצאות
הפעולות שבעדן רשאית הנהלת הקרן לאשר החזר הוצאות הן –
(1)הכנת תכנית שיקום והכנת הצעת תקציב לשיקום;
(2)שיקום פני השטח;
(3)שינוי פני השטח לצורך שיקומו.
