2. הוצאת בשר ודגים מבית קירור
לא יוציא אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להוציא בשר, או דגים מבית קירור אלא, לפי היתר בכתב מאת רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי או רופא וטרינרי של רשות מקומית (להלן – רופא וטרינרי).
