20. חמרים אסורים
(א)לא יחזיק יצרן במפעלו חמרים מלבד החמרים המותרים לשימוש בייצור בשר טחון חי מתובל לפי הוראות צו זה וציוד הדרוש לייצור בשר טחון חי מתובל.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א) רשאי יצרן להחזיק במפעל שבו מייצרים בנוסף לבשר טחון חי מתובל גם נקניק, נקניקיות או שימורי בשר – ציוד וחמרים הדרושים לצורך ייצורם של המוצרים האמורים.
