21. שמירה על תנאים תברואיים
(א)לא ייצר אדם בשר טחון חי מתובל, לא יובילו, לא ישווקו ולא יחסין אותו או את החמרים המפורטים בתוספת אלא במקום ובציוד נקיים.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”ציוד“ – חפץ, רהיט, בגד־עבודה, מכשיר, מכונה וכיוצא באלה.
