20. איסור קבלת טובת הנאה
חוקר פרטי לא יקבל, שלא בהסכמת לקוחו מראש ובכתב, טובת הנאה חמרית או הבטחה לטובת הנאה חמרית מאדם שאינו אותו לקוח, בענין הנמצא בטיפולו המקצועי.
