21. איסור שימוש לרעה
תיקון: תשל״ד
חוקר פרטי לא ישתמש לרעת לקוחו בידיעות או במסמכים שבאו לידיו עקב עיסוקו; אין באמור כדי למנוע שימוש במידע כלכלי שאסף החוקר על לקוח, בידיעת אותו לקוח כי המידע עשוי להתפרסם.
