23. גילוי ידיעות ללקוח
(א)חוקר פרטי ימסור ללקוחו, במהלך החקירה ובסיומה, את כל הידיעות שבידו הנוגעות לענינו של הלקוח ויתן לו דין וחשבון על פעולותיו.
(ב)לפי בקשת לקוחו ימסור לו החוקר הפרטי, בין במהלך הטיפול בענין ובין בסיומו, דין וחשבון בכתב חתום בידו, בדבר הידיעות שבידו הנוגעות לענינו של הלקוח ובדבר פעולותיו של החוקר הפרטי בענין הלקוח.
